Description

The Montague 01047-2 Pilot Burner is a gas ignition part designed to produce a pilot flame for commercial cooking equipment. Gas flows into the pilot burner and is directed through its burner opening, where ignition creates a controlled flame. It remains positioned near the main burner ignition area so that incoming burner gas can be ignited when the equipment calls for heat. It is installed in the pilot assembly near the main burner, it provides the initial flame source used within the gas-fired heating system, and its role is to regulate the pilot flame required for burner ignition.
