Description

The Groen 013609 Steam Jacketed Kettle Gear 3" Bore 92 Teeth Double/4 is used to operate a compatible worm drive to allow the controlled tilting action of industrial boiling pans. This mechanical part converts the rotational force to the fine movement necessary to pour or discharge heated contents in the food preparation cycles. The gear is fitted into the internal trunnion assembly and is firmly attached to the pivot shaft of the pot to allow the pinion to be in the same position every time it is used with the manual or powered crank system.
