Description

The Hatco 02-16-142 Holding Cabinet Thermostat monitors surrounding heat and changes its electrical contacts when the sensing element reaches the setting. Thermal expansion within the sensing system moves the switching mechanism, opening or closing the heating circuit as temperature changes. Covering 90°F-190°F, the Bulb 5/16" X 8-3/4" CAP 36" assembly fits inside the cabinet sensing area, with the bulb positioned near the heated compartment and the capillary extending toward the control housing. This thermostat is used in holding cabinets where regulated heat maintains prepared food at selected temperatures during operation.
