Description

The Hatco 02.16.142 Holding Cabinet Thermostat senses heat through its bulb and converts temperature changes into mechanical movement at the switching mechanism. That movement changes contact continuity, allowing the connected heating circuit to cycle according to chamber conditions. Covering 90°F-190°F, the Bulb 5/16" X 8-3/4" cap 36" assembly fits in the temperature-sensing area, with the bulb exposed to cabinet air and the capillary leading toward the control section. This thermostat is used in holding cabinets where controlled warming keeps stored foods at a selected temperature during operation.
