Description

The Garland 078039-7 Bonnet Valve is a stainless steel flow control valve used in commercial cooking equipment piping. It controls the flow of steam or process fluid in a 2″ line. Operating the control changes the position of the internal closure mechanism, allowing flow to pass, limiting the passage, or stopping it completely. It is part of the pipe circuit and serves as a manual control point for the pipe circuit. It is designed to control the operating medium in the system as needed during operation of the equipment.
