Description

The Cleveland 104461 Element W/Gasket 1-3PH is a heating element for use in commercial steam cooking equipment. It is 8000 watts, 208 volts and heats water to generate steam for use throughout the cooking process. The assembly features a gasket that is installed and mounted with a 2-1/4" on-center, 3" square-inch flange.
