Description

The Scotsman 13061748 O-Ring 3/4" ID X 1/16" Width creates a circular shape of a seal which clamps between two fitting surfaces to block fluid or air passage through a joint. During installation, the elastomer deforms under pressure. This is installed in a machined groove of fittings, valves, or connections in compatible assemblies. The dimensions provide compression under control and mobility during the assembly and disassembly. It is usually applied in service replacement, where a sealing component of the right size is needed to assure system separation when operating under normal conditions.
