Description

The Henny Penny 14984 Fryer Temperature Probe Kit 3" senses cooking oil heat and sends a temperature signal to the connected control circuit. As the liquid temperature changes, the sensing tip responds and provides the control with information used to manage the heating cycle. It is positioned within the fryer vat, with the sensing end extending into the cooking oil and the opposite connection leading toward the control wiring, and it included fittings that work together to provide temperature feedback during fryer operation.
