Dito Dean 22-0704-04 Shredder Knife AS4

The Dito Dean 22-0704-04 Shredder Knife AS4 reduces food ingredients into thin slices through a rotating cutting motion during processing. As the assembly turns, its cutting edges pass through the material and separate it into shredded portions. The knife is mounted within the shredding section of compatible food processing equipment. Its position allows the blade to interact with ingredients as they move through the processing chamber. This part is used for preparing vegetables, cheese and similar foods that require shredding. The knife works with the rotating assembly to produce the intended cutting pattern while the equipment is operating.
