Description

The Middleby Marshall 27170-0263 Oven Conveyor Speed Control Pickup Assembly detects movement from the belt drive system and produces a corresponding electrical signal for the oven’s speed-control circuit. As the conveyor travels, the pickup senses rotational or passing movement and provides feedback that the control system can use to monitor conveyor speed. This assembly is installed near the conveyor drive or sensing area inside compatible ovens, positioned so the pickup can interact with the designated moving part. Its wiring connects with the related control circuit, allowing conveyor movement information to be transferred to the oven’s electronic speed-management system.
