Description

The Hobart 295149 Wire Whip Stainless Steel 80QT works by spinning many fine metal loops through the liquid or semi-solid substances to add air and provide volume. This mechanical process quickly converts substances into light, aerated texture like whipped cream, meringues or fluffy batters. The attachment is attached directly to the agitator shaft of a compatible eighty-quart floor agitator and is locked in place through a standard J-slot connection. This component is made of stainless steel, and can withstand the requirements of high-volume food preparation.
