Description

The Magikitch'N 2F1514901 Top Grate Cast Iron 22-1/2" X 6-1/8" is a cooking surface that is heavy-duty and absorbs and retains thermal energy produced by burners to transfer consistent heat to food products. This element supports the cookware or proteins to be placed directly over the flame, with the use of metal ribs that form specific sear marks with the assistance of conductive heating. The replacement component has a rough matte finish and a sloping design that is meant to direct the grease runoff in case of high-volume operation. Correct alignment provides the air circulation and even distribution of temperature in the whole grilling area.
