The Star 2N11090-20 Element Assembly 7500W 208V is an electrical heating element assembly that produces thermal energy to heat and hold a temperature. It is made up of resistance coils and mounting hardware which transforms 208V electrical input into 7500W of controlled heat, which causes air to circulate to evenly cook the food. This assembly of the elements is placed in the oven cavity, and connected to both the electrical and airflow systems of the appliance.
