Southbend 3102543 4-Shelf Rack Support

The Southbend 3102543 Rack Support provides structural support for systems positioned inside compatible cooking equipment. It operates by keeping racks at specific levels and keeping them lined up in the cooking chamber when loading and unloading. This support is designed to fit inside 4-shelf systems and is attached to the interior sidewalls. It is the structure that supports the rack and spacing throughout the cooking cavity. The part is integrated into the internal structure of the appliances and is applied to commercial kitchen equipment where there are several rack positions needed for food preparation operations.
