Description

The Southbend 3923-2 Strainer SS is a food straining part for use with commercial kettles. It has a 9" diameter basket with 0.190" perforations and a 7" handle for easy positioning and removal while using it. The strainer works by letting liquid pass through the holes and trapping vegetables, pasta, meat or other solid foods.
