Description

The Legion 410228-01 Bonnet Valve 2" SS is a 2" steam control valve that is designed for commercial foodservice equipment. The steam is fed into the system through the connected piping and flows through the valve when the valve mechanism is opened; when the valve is closed, the flow through the valve is restricted. It is installed in the steam line connected to the heating part of the equipment, where it is necessary to control the steam flow. It is the upper operating component of the valve and is attached to the valve body. It is used to manually control the flow of steam into the system to which it is connected.
