Description

The Hobart 411551-G1 Broiler Burner W/Air Shutter Cast Iron 26-3/8" & 22-3/4" is a mix of gas and incoming air, creating a controlled flame that is used for broiler heating. Gas is fed into the burner ports, and the air shutter is used to control the air supply for combustion. The flame generates heat, which is transferred to the broiler cooking surface, where it cooks food above the burner assembly. A burner is set inside of the broiler heating area and connected to the appliance's gas source. The burner passages and flame openings during the heating cycle are in the cast iron body.
