Description

The Hobart 419670-00002 Fryer Hi-Limit Thermostat Bulb 1/4" X 4-1/2" is a temperature safety control designed to prevent overheating in commercial food service equipment. Rated for a maximum limit of 450°F it uses a 30-inch capillary tube to sense temperature changes within similar appliances. When temperatures exceed the preset threshold the thermostat interrupts the electrical circuit to shut down the heating element protect internal components.
