Description

The Middleby Marshall 58504 Digital Temperature Controller uses a sensor probe to measure the heat levels inside the pan and adjusts the heating components to ensure that the temperature is kept at a given setpoint. This electronic part receives the voltage signals entering it to switch contactors on or off to maintain the cooking chamber at the desired humidity range. It is mounted on the front control panel of the unit so that it can be operated and monitored by the operator.
