Description

The Blodgett 61582 Mini Combination Oven Meat Probe L2000MM CS operates by detecting the temperature of the food inside and sending the values, to the control system as the food cooks. It transmits the temperature variations using its sensor tip and cable to facilitate observed cooking cycles. This probe is placed in the oven cavity and inserted into meat, and the cable is passed to the corresponding probe connection point. The long 2000 mm length of the cable enables placement during use without interference with the parts.
