Description

The Frymaster 807-4031 Heating Element 14kW 208V is an electrical heating part that transforms electrical power into high-intensity thermal radiation by using internal resistive coils when attached to a 208V power supply. This allows the quick increase of oil temperatures to the desired set point of uniform cooking processes. The component is placed firmly in the skillet, where it is immersed in the heated liquid so that it can transfer the heat efficiently. This is an element that is designed to directly replace the existing electrical contactors and mounting brackets.
