The Dean 8100156 NAT/LP Pilot Generator Assembly is a gas ignition part for use in commercial fryer equipment and supports both natural and propane gas with a 1/4” pilot tube, right flame pattern, and 36” lead wire. This assembly puts out the electrical signal to the gas control system and maintains a steady pilot flame for burner ignition.
