Description

The Dean 823-3142 Combustion Chamber is a structural element that we placed on the right side of the combustion assembly. It is responsible for containing and directing heat produced by the burner that supports the right air flow for efficient combustion and heat exchange. In the heating system, this part works in conjunction with the burner, the insulator, and the adjacent chamber sections to achieve stable performance. Protecting nearby internal elements from direct flame contact and ensuring consistent thermal performance during operation is also a part of the design of commercial fryers.
