Description

Vulcan Hart 851800-00903 Ceramic Burner Head is an essential component of commercial kitchen griddles intended to provide even and efficient heating. This Vulcan Hart measures 18-1/8" x 9-1/4" and has a heating area of 16" x 7-3/8" to cover the largest surface area for cooking many foods. Thermal Engineering Corp crafts its three ceramic plates, each 5-7/16" x 7-3/8", for durability and heat distribution. High temperature cooking without flare ups is possible with the ceramic material which makes it the better for frying, grilling and sautéing. Benefits include energy efficiency because there is no thermal transference from the ceramic, slowing heating and cooking times and offering better food quality.
