Description

The Hobart 857207-2 Ignition Module provides controlled electrical sparks to start the combustion system in compatible cooking, or heating equipment. It works by stepping up the low-voltage electrical input to a high-voltage output which is then used to ignite gas burners. The module is designed to fit easily into the appliance's control compartment, and is connected directly to the existing wiring harness. The unit automatically works in conjunction with the appliance's control system, so that ignition sequences are triggered at the right time during the cooking or heating cycle.
