Description

The Hobart 874790 B-Beater is an ingredient mixer that works with the drive of the mixer and rotates on the bowl to fold, beat or mix as it travels. It is connected to the agitator shaft of the mixer through which it rotates downward into the bowl. The beater is intended to be installed on the drive end and extends into the inside of the bowl designed to fit in compatible 20-quart Legacy series mixers. It assists the combination of ingredients and the mixer can continue to work as usual.
