Description

The Prince Castle 908A8 Wedger Wedge Witch operates by using a set of fixed stainless steel blades arranged in an 8-section pattern that slices whole fruits or veg into uniform components when power is applied through the top press mechanism. The cutting action is completed as the produce is pushed downward through the blade grid, dividing it evenly in a single motion for consistent sectioning. It is installed on a countertop work surface in commercial food preparation areas, where the base is secured and prepared for manual operation during routine kitchen prep operations such as garnish and produce portioning.
