The Accutemp AT1A-3667-2 Distribution Panel Assembly EEK is used to direct the flow of steam to ensure that the steam is uniformly distributed over all compatible commercial steamers, to ensure that the heating is uniform throughout the cooking chamber. It works by receiving steam that is supplied by the generator and spraying it in predetermined directions that control its flow and coverage. This is a fitting, which is inserted into the steamer cavity, normally on the back or side wall where steam enters the compartment. It is used in the steam system to regulate the flow of steam.
