Description

The APW 1475050 Temperature Probe RTD 1000K is used to work by sensing the change in temperature as a result of the change in electrical resistance to the flow of current through the lead wires when heat is applied or removed while the equipment is in operation. The sensing element picks up the temperature signal and sends it to the control system for the on-off cycles of heating and temperature adjustment that can be monitored with compatible equipment. This probe is usually mounted near heating elements, cooking surfaces, or inner chambers where temperature control is needed in foodservice applications.
