Description

The Pitco B6664002 Fryer Filter Support Paperless SFD is a welded frame that holds and aligns the fryer filtration system during the oil circulation and cleaning cycles. It allows the internal filter assembly to be held in place to allow the oil to flow through the filter path and keep all connected parts in proper position under operating conditions, and the welded frame keeps all the parts aligned during multiple operating cycles. It is fitted within Propercommercial fryer filter chambers with the filter support structure under the oil reservoir in the base of the fryer unit.
