Bakers Pride R3103X Oven Flue Deflector W/O Tabs 6" GP-51/61

The Bakers Pride R3103X Oven Flue Deflector GP-51/61 redirects hot exhaust away from surrounding sections as heated air leaves the cooking chamber. Its angled surface changes the direction of escaping gases guiding them toward the designated exhaust path. The 6" specification identifies the stated size, while Without Tabs indicates the version supplied without mounting tabs. It is fitted near the flue opening of compatible cooking equipment, where the metal panel sits in the exhaust path. The deflecting surface that directs released heat toward the intended discharge area maintains the required airflow direction within the appliance during operation.
