Description

The Blodgett BL90010 Door Gasket Set creates a sealing barrier by compressing between the system and frame during the closing process. It operates by limiting gaps around the door edges to support maintaining the required internal temperature inside the cooking chamber. This is placed around the perimeter of the door assembly in compatible commercial system equipment. This component supports proper door closure and assists in maintaining controlled heat conditions during operation. It is commonly used in commercial kitchen systems where frequent opening and closing operations occur during cooking activities.
