Description

The Blodgett BL9321 Oven 3PC Insulated Deflector Assembly Center & Side Pieces 20" W X 28" L operates by directing the airflow of high temperature inside the baking chamber and acts as a thermal barrier to direct heat intensity. This three-piece design applies inside insulation to regulate heat distribution throughout the surface area to prevent hot spots in the area during the cooking cycle. These elements are directly embedded in the inside base of the oven chamber, and they are enclosing the burner flame or heating component to redirect the energy upwards.
