Description

The Blodgett 56738 Convection Oven Relay switches an electrical circuit when its coil receives the required control signal. Applying voltage to the coil moves the internal contact allowing current to pass through the connected load, removing power and returning it to its original state. The 24 VDC specification identifies the coil voltage required for activation. It is mounted within the electrical control area of compatible cooking equipment, connecting to the control circuit and switched load. The SPST configuration provides one switching path for controlling an attached electrical activity during appliance operation.
