Blodgett 61754 Mini Combi Oven Motor Seal Plate

The Blodgett 61754 Mini Combi Oven Plate Motor Seal prevents unwanted moisture or air from passing around a rotating drive connection. Installed at the motor plate interface inside compatible compact cooking equipment, the sealing ring sits between adjoining surfaces to close the opening. During operation, it secures shaft movement while maintaining separation between internal compartments. This part is used in commercial combi ovens where a motor-driven mechanism requires a fitted barrier around its mounting point. Positioned within the drive section, it interfaces with the plate and rotating assembly during cooking cycles.
