Description

The Blodgett R8012 Oven N/C Snap Disc Thermostat monitors temperature and switches the connected circuit when its operating point is reached. It operates through a snap-action contact mechanism that changes electrical state as the sensed heat rises or falls within the specified range. Rated for 180°F-131°F operation, the control fits against the mounting surface near the heating area. It is used in commercial ovens for regulating a heating or safety circuit during cooking cycles. The disc connects to the equipment wiring and responds to temperature changes during equipment operation.
