Carter Hoffmann 186020158 Grease Filter 28" CNH28

The Carter Hoffmann 186020158 Grease Filter CNH28 is a filtration part designed to capture grease particles for commercial ventilation and hood systems. It is 28" long, capturing grease from cooking vapors before the air is drawn through the exhaust system, which keeps the air cleaner. It works by passing grease-laden air through a multi-layered filter media that removes grease while allowing the air to pass through. It is mounted within the hood or ventilation housing on top of the cooking system for convenient removal during cleaning. It supports improving exhaust efficiency, decreasing grease build-up, and enhancing the safety of kitchen operations.
