The Cornelius 311100000 Cup Brix Portioning controls the mixture ratio between beverage concentrate and water during dispensing. Its internal metering passage regulates liquid movement through the dispensing circuit according to the selected ratio. Installed within the cup filling assembly, the part aligns with the outlet and adjoining tubing connections. The specified settings include 5:1 and 5.5:1 ratios, allowing the dispensing circuit to operate with the specified proportion. Its structure fits around the metering connection, with openings positioned toward the corresponding liquid pathways inside compatible beverage equipment during operation.
