Description

The Delfield 2195086 Immersion Heater 208/240V uses electrical energy to produce thermal energy by heating a resistive heating element inside the part that is in direct contact with the liquid. This dedicated component moves heat over its surface area to ensure that the water temperatures are maintained in a hot food well or bain-marie. The assembly is fixed in place by the wall of the tank, which is immersed below the water level to allow conductivity. Installation should be done by fitting the heater into the aperture that has been pre-drilled on the system base.
