Description

The Blodgett 57015 Door Latch Kit is a left-hand hardware assembly that operates the closing and latching mechanism of commercial cooking equipment. Actuating the handle or latch mechanism moves the locking parts into or out of connection with the corresponding catch, allowing the door to be secured or opened. It is installed on the left-hand side of the equipment door where the latch aligns with the frame-mounted receiving point. It forms part of the door hardware system and controls the mechanical connection between the door and cabinet.
