Description

The Doughpro 110102 Dough Press Plunger Switch Assembly W/Washer works by sensing the position of the press handle to complete an electrical circuit to either start or stop the system appliances. This mechanical part collapses when the operator uses the press to transmit a signal to the internal control board.
