The Pitco B6610901 Fryer Filter Drain Tee Weldment Right Hand E7/E14 is used to direct the oil flow out of the fryer tank into the filtration and drain system during filtering or draining. It works through creating a tee-shaped passage through which used oil is directed to the filter and drain assembly. Installation of the weldment is under the fryer basin. It is a component of the oil management system of the fryer that works with the filters, drains, valves and pumps to make sure that the oil is removed properly, spills are avoided.
