Description

The Imperial 36016 Thermocouple Extension End 48" is operated by passing the voltage generated by temperature through the sensing tip to the gas control. The long distance enables the signal to pass continuously over the connection. The appliance has this extension that runs between the thermocouple and the control valve. It allows it to be installed flexibly in commercial cooking equipment. The fitting ends can be fitted onto ensure continuity in the temperature sensing circuit during the operation of the burner.

Step1: Turn off the gas supply to the appliance before starting installation.
