The Fetco 1071.00019.00 Upper Assembly Hot Water Faucet Handle is a replacement control handle for manual push-and-turn hot water control for commercial beverage brewers. It works by moving user input pressure from the outside handle to the inside valve seat assembly which opens or closes the water passage and regulates flow from the machine's hot water line while operating. The top endpiece is the handle and seating piece that connects to the inside faucet body to start and stop the dispensing cycles. It is usually mounted on the front beverage dispenser panel of compatible brewing systems at the hot water faucet outlet.
