Description

The Hobart 00-275450 Flat Beater mixes ingredients by rotating through the contents of a 30-quart blending bowl using a smooth paddle design that moves product across the wall and folds material back into the mixing zone during planetary motion. It operates by attaching to the drive hub, where it rotates on a circular path while spinning on its own axis to ensure consistent movement of ingredients throughout each mixing cycle. It is installed compatible, locking onto the center drive shaft inside the appliance head assembly above the mixing bowl.
