Description

The Frymaster FM803-0170 Fryer Filter Paper is a single-use filtration element that is used in commercial equipment oil filtration systems. It works by trapping the food particles and sediment in the filtering process, and contributes to keeping the oil clear and the cooking performance the same. It is installed in restaurant and foodservice fryers that use compatible filtration assemblies, and the filter paper is installed in the filter pan as part of the oil management process.
