Frymaster 8122300 Portable Filter Sana Grid Screen

The Frymaster 8122300 Portable Filter Sana Grid Screen separates food particles and other debris from cooking oil as it passes through the filtration system during operation. It allows oil to circulate while trapping larger contaminants, supporting proper flow throughout the portable filtering process. It is installed inside the filtration assembly of commercial systems, where it operates with other filtering elements to remove solids before the oil returns to the cooking vat. Clean oil circulation supports frying operations, maintains consistent filtration cycles, and promotes orderly oil management during equipment use.
