Description

The Frymaster 8262541 Float Switch Kit YSCF218 is a part that is used to sense the amount of liquid in commercial fryer tanks using a float-based sensing system that is sensitive to changes in the height of the oil. It works by pushing a float assembly which triggers an internal switch when the level detected changes outside a set range, transmitting signals to the control system of the fryer to adjust gas operation proper. It is fitted directly into the tank and hard-wired to the control and gas system circuits of the appliance to coordinate the response.
