Frymaster FM823-1363 Drain Valve Full Vat

The Frymaster FM823-1363 Drain Valve Full Vat is a control component that is used in commercial cooking systems. It controls the release of cooking oil during filtration, cleaning, and replacement cycles. The valve sits in the lower cabinet section and interfaces with the frypot outlet and drain line assembly. It regulates flow from the vat into collection or disposal containers used in kitchen operations. In service conditions, it supports controlled emptying of hot shortening and reduces uncontrolled discharge. It integrates with surrounding fryer hardware to maintain consistent drainage routing across equipment configurations.
