Description

The FWE T-STAT-H1 Thermostat controls heater cycling by sensing chamber temperature through its bulb and translating thermal response into contact movement. The internal switching changes circuit continuity as the sensed condition reaches the selected range, directing heater operation accordingly. Covering 90°F-190°F, the Bulb 5/16" X 8-3/4" Capillary 36" assembly fits inside the holding compartment, with the sensing bulb exposed to cabinet air and the capillary leading toward the control panel. This thermostat is used in holding cabinets where adjustable heat maintains prepared food at controlled temperatures during holding periods during operation.
